These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Deer Fight Gear website and all B2B manufacturing services offered from Sialkot, Pakistan. By accessing this site or submitting a quote, contact, or inquiry form, you confirm that you represent a registered business and agree to these terms.

This website provides manufacturing service information, product catalog content, quotation request forms, and business inquiry tools. Product specifications, MOQ, samples, lead times, and pricing are confirmed through direct quotation only.

This website is not an eCommerce store. There is no online checkout, payment gateway, or public pricing. All quotations are prepared individually based on product type, materials, customization, quantity, packaging, and shipment terms.

Orders are confirmed only after written quotation acceptance and agreed deposit (typically 30-50%). MOQ, sample fees, and lead times are stated per quote. Prices are valid for the period noted in the quotation document only.

• Sample approval required before bulk production
• Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility

Production begins after deposit receipt and final artwork approval. Typical bulk lead time is 4-8 weeks plus shipping, depending on product complexity and factory schedule.

Deer Fight Gear provides export documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists. Shipments are arranged on agreed FOB, CIF, or door-to-door terms. Quality claims must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Buyers may upload logo files and design references for quotation and production. You warrant that you have the legal right to share all submitted materials. Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred.

Buyer-provided logos and designs remain the buyer's property. Deer Fight Gear will not reproduce proprietary buyer designs for other clients. All uploaded files are treated as confidential business information.

Deer Fight Gear is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use or manufacturing orders. Total liability for any order claim shall not exceed the confirmed order value.
